Vox Telecom Fatpipe

Something's screwy tonight, feels like Sunday night performance wise.

anyone else finding the data usage on the portal incorrrect?
I entered my Vox account details to download a 1.6gb file at 08:10 and did some browsing while it was downloading and once it finished at 08:47am changed the account details to another ISP.
Vox shows during that time I have used 5.11GB time on a 10mbps line...how is that even possible?

Was it a torrent that was uploading at the same time?

I've had an excellent internet experiance ever since I got the 100gb fatpipe special, however over the past week I've had intermittant problems where all of a sudden it slows right down to about a 1/5 of line speed for some inexplicable reason. Sometimes just restarting the router fixes it but currently it isnt.

Pings are very hapahazrd to dota 2 servers, struggling to enjoy gaming with vox. Ping will be a nice 32ms, then shoot up to 300 and slowly come back down. It's terrible in a game like dota2. This has been happening on all rhe evenings this week.

My ping in Diablo 3 was around 350ms last night when it's normally around 200ms. Could very well be because of the new season starting last night but it's the first time I have noticed an anomaly since moving to Vox.

Damn, it's dog slow today. Starting to think I made a mistake. This looks like the norm every weekend now.

hello,

sorry if this is the incorrect section but I have a Vox 100GB (promotional @ 50% off) and at the time of purchase I was told the data rolls over forever, as long as you keep the product. Has this now changed? If so, why was no email sent to me?

I bought the 50gb fat pipe today. Internet stopped working after only 3GB. I phoned the help desk and was told that's the way it works. The fat pipe is on a pro-rata basis and since I bought it on the 30th of the month I won't get the full 50GB (but I get charged the full amount?)
False advertising at it's best!
