took a gamble adding your address to that email (thanks for taking your time even after hours, its really appreciated), but you can now see where my problem stems from and why other networks give me full speed and low latency
I believe you are experiencing a problem, I just couldn't narrow it down.
What I believe that trace route is showing, is high latency on the Telkom Upload VLAN into our IPC.
NetOps must confirm. I don't expect a reply tonight about it.
