Wow - I am a prospective client of Vox but if this is the kind of ridicule someone gets for querying something, I definitely will be going somewhere else.

I do not work for Vox. I'm just a client of theirs. So many people posted the same question after each other. If I offended you then please accept my apology.

@donaldmickey - just call up VOX if you have questions. This forum may get you an official reply sometimes, but 90% of the time you're dealing with members of the customer base who are under no obligation to be civil :)

The question repetition does have one useful side effect. When I come here to find out what is going on I hardly need to read more than two of the last 10 pages and find what I need, but it also means it's a harder to catch the really interesting info posted by Vox.
 
Is this the same issue we reported a month ago? I tried FPS gaming since Sunday (have not tried for a few weeks) and found Vox still has latency issues to local game servers every night. I reported it to support on Sunday, but there is very little feedback.... just a phone call from a confused guy... I am back to doing daily tests for support :(
