No unfortunately you can't do top-ups at this moment as they're busy redoing their backend magic system and their client portal so expect a fully functional user interface soon.

I'd actually advise you to grab one of their Home Capped accounts as Streaming is prioritized on them and you should get full speed on them all the time, and downloads can be done from midnight to 6am on a massive after-hours cap that is separate from your daytime usage.

Lastly, what are your thoughts on transferring my line to them. I would save R50 a month over Telkom. Thoughts ?

You save money and don't have to deal with Telskum when you need some physical line maintenance done. It's a no brainer :P
 
BAM 5PM and the **** starts. Had to switch to 3G to post this. FFS Vox, sort this out.
 
Gonna give CrystalWeb a try. Almost entirely fed up with VOX. Not surprising, I signed up for an unshaped product which now shows up as Shaped in the control panel (which is reflected in the user experience -- because more often than not, this account is inadequately "fat" enough to stream even 360p without buffering on my 10mb line, go figure)

I also find it depends in which region you are in.

Down here in Durban at the moment, Things seem to be going okay - Although at around 6, I do notice a increase in shaping.

Oh and the constant issues with Mybb on vox accounts is disconcerting to say the least.

If only you guys were working at VOX, we might have some saucy action or juicy positive feedback..... they appear to be ignoring the issues..... which is not what I would expect from VOX :cry:

Guys careful not to mention CrystalWeb too much in the VOX forum ;) Besides for bad ettiquette, you never know with VOX - they're pretty big and like amalgamating... they might just fancy buying CW out to kill out this threatening new competition ;P

Cape town 4mb line 200+ latency bf4 posting via 4g mybb so glad my I received my cancellation confirmation today from vox. Live chat with cw last night offered smaller cap with 10 mb line only going to pay about R50 more than my current package cant wait.
 
So what's the verdict here guys?
Should I use VOX Fatpipe?

I'm using Openweb platinum 10Mpbps uncapped and unshaped. Works very well but R2800 p.m is painful.

Network was awesome this weekend for me. Low pings and full speed. Think I pulled 60-70 gigs. On Samsung promotion but I'll check the network again this week when I get home.

I would ask them for a 40GB test account and give that a whirl.... I am glad that I did, because I then decided not to use them... it was a rather traumatic experience.... but it at least brought me to the right choice :D

Vox seems to have come right now in the last few days.
I have no issues at the moment.

Downloaded GTA V from rockstar social club in just over 4 hrs on my 40 Mb line, 60Gb.
