Hmmm. Streaming dead suddenly and myBB won't resolve. Posting from AH account which is working 100%.

Last night for the first time in months I was able to stream Hulu at full HD without a single Buffer.

Can't believe that account never worked. For the money it's one of the more expensive options. One would expect pure internet joy ... (that's a dig at .....)

Can you make changes to your package in the client zone? I'm thinking of upgrading my 75Gig account to 100Gigs and I see that there is an 'adjust additional cap' option but I'm not sure if that's just added data for the month?
Last time I emailed for a package change it was a bit of a mission.
ThanksAFAIK, you're right, "additional cap" is if you get capped and want to increase for the month, so you'll have to phone.
ThanksI hope they upgrade the client zone so that you can easily adjust your product. It was a bit of a run around last time I changed packages.
Luckily I've had no problems with the performance of my account, only accounting and admin type issues. All was resolved though and am currently very happy with Vox. But yes hopefully they clear up the issues that many users are experiencing soon.No problem

I'm still waiting for the bugs of random capping (since I joined around Feb) and mybb timeouts (maybe the last 6 months) to be fixed.
It's because of these two silly issues, I've stopped using my account. My 50GB rollover is on about 140GB about now.
Hopefully, things are better in the new year.
I think that's a you problem not a Vox problem, my last thing on NNTP came down at 7:30 with a average speed of 806kB/s.I've noticed that NNTP and P2P are shaped to a crawl, as in 1-2kbs from 6am to about 10am every day. So even fat pipe is not unshaped.
