Vox is just like every other ISP (ok they are better) but they do have their issues now and again. been with vox for about a year now. and this happens from time to time. Its not always smooth sailing.

Edit: very upset, signed up for 3x 100gb accounts and now unusable.

Running full speed 40mbps on CW here. No need to use vox yet this month.

signed up, put username/password on the router and it doesn't connect, how long does it usually take to activate?

What normally happens is your first email gives you login details for their client portal, then you get a 2nd email/SMS within your login details for the router(if that makes sense). I fell for this too!

Sometimes that 2nd email/SMS comes within a few minutes, sometimes take a day.

You get Internet when your cap is over during the specified time slots. But I wouldn't call it "fat pipe" Internet but still good.

Can anybody give me some info on how Twitch performs on Fatpipe? I know that a lot of Twitch problems aren't caused by our ISP's but I can barely stream at medium quality on my 10Mbps Mweb Premium Uncapped unless I use multiple connections.

Signed up for a 100GB Fatpipe last night, however when I tried the credentials tonight they did not work.

Upon some digging and a call to the support centre, it became apparent that I entered the incorrect credit card details and the account has been suspended.

I have corrected the error now and the transaction went through, however I am still suspended. Been 30 minutes now.

Any idea how long it will take to clear up the suspension?

Hi, I'm currently on a 10MB line with the 1TB promotional fat pipe account. I can stream twitch on source with no problems.
