My guess is the person/people responsible for account provisioning don't work weekends, and sales have been told to put off enquiries till they're back in the office tomorrow.
 
What I found odd about vox is that they can sell data for cheap cheap, but ask for a trial account with like a 500mb cap to test different protocols, and then they start to stutter. Who buys a car before a test drive...

Up until the end of June a 1gb gig4gig account would have cost you R0.

Not sure why they've discontinued that as that is in theory their test account...

Anyone else having problems right now? Struggling to load anything local or international.. Switched back to my axxess account and all is fine.
 
Yep - things are ridiculously slow and/or timing out for me here.
 
Hey guys. Me too. Having dropped packets and timeouts ONLY to local sites. On vox support now and they are not having any issues. So they say.
 
Ok so without a doubt around 21h00 last night my Vox account was so crappy

Pings were hovering around +- 240ms to EU. Changed to another ISP and voila! Solid 170ms

Was experiencing same, seems to be okay now though...
 
Still a bit touch and go with speeds, but at least the timeouts have resolved.
 
Seems only the cape is having issues, hitting the IPC limits?
