maby its the new thing they are working on that makes the speed crappy for now :)

doubtful, they've just recently taken the double IPC capacity deal hence the fatpipe special
 
Glad to report I finally have my account and the ping is great :) perfectly stable too
 
Dammit! Now I don't know what to do. Do I cancel my 3x 100gb accounts and go for this instead?

No, I'm thinking it's a predetermined setting and/or configuration and/or profile on your Vox account. You should inbox @cvanwie. Sure he could take a look...

The sales and technical staff have been swamped this last month. It's not impossible that whoever created your account may have entered incorrect parameters/settings/profiles... Not really sure how much configuring goes into a retail account before it finds its way to the end user. I wouldn't imagine much but its been known to happen in the past IE someone signs up for a capped, unshaped account and ends up with an uncapped, shaped account...

Unlikely but worth a shot. If it happens consistently at this time of the night, it would suggest the issue isn't random. You don't have a download manager scheduled to run tasks at 8pm? Or someone sharing your home network? Windows updates?

If it's not the exchange and not on your end, must be Vox..
