Things went wrong over the weekend. DNS should be working as it is supposed to as of this morning.

There is an internal project to rebuild DNS around the country to avoid such a failure in the future.

Odd date, is Vox pushing the changes and the new product line-up at once then?

Why is it an odd date? We have change control and this one includes a 3rd party.

Haven't had an issue with Vox. in CT. Used YouTube and Netflix this weekend. On Fatpipe Lite with Bolt-On.

Hi @cvanwie. Is the Fatpipe and Fatpipe Lite still on seperate networks (like the Bolt-on used to be)? Just wondering where fatpipe lite fits in now? I follow the bolt-on thread but maybe this one is more appropriate? And the bolt-on thread only for existing customers still on that product?

We have one "network" which is built up from a bunch of services from Telkom, Wacs, Seacom, etc ...

Bolt on, Fatpipe, Fatpipe Lite -- all run over the same network. The difference is how we handle the traffic between the different products.
