This is a great thing to raise; but the problem with it is that you didn't provide any information for us to look through.
When reporting an issue, the more detail, the easier it is for us to look through it.
A few things to consider including when sharing a "problem" on the forum or calling service center:
* Whats wrong? (high ping, packet loss, buffering)
* From where to where? (trace route/pingplotter view)
* When did it happen (time frame for us to review graphs, change controls, outtage, that sot of thing)
* What region: JHB, CPT, EL, PE, etc
This kind of information helps us help you quicker

its 7:23pm now and stay like that till late (after 12) then it settle down again
