Vox Telecom Fatpipe

What is so disappointing is that they don't have a "network status" (link) like other companies on there website. Really sucks. So one have to switch between isp's, which us a drag, as there is no automated way to do so.
 
The issue in your trace route does not relate to the Telkom issue; it relates to a problem at napafrica cape town (off our network) the latency from that peer causes the delay to the end of that trace route. I've escalated to netops to chase up that peer.

Telkom has reported: No ETR. (est time of resolution) - there are two major breaks, one in Kempton, one in JHB Town

Do these areas somehow affect Durban and not being able to visit particular sites?
 
This is odd? Thunderstorm with heavy rain, both my VOX wont connect, but MWEB does? I cant see the logic in that.

Called in and apparently there's an outage which the technicians are working on
 
Yeah same here, currently using webafrica. Must say from yesterday I had to restart my router a couple of times for my internet to come back online.
