The issue in your trace route does not relate to the Telkom issue; it relates to a problem at napafrica cape town (off our network) the latency from that peer causes the delay to the end of that trace route. I've escalated to netops to chase up that peer.

Any idea as to when these issues will be resolved?
Telkom has reported: No ETR. (est time of resolution) - there are two major breaks, one in Kempton, one in JHB Town

Do these areas somehow affect Durban and not being able to visit particular sites?
+1My Fatpipe and bolt on accounts are dead, no data flowing at all.
