I don't work much with the infrastructure side of the network. There are a few guys here who are on T.FTTH and pull 100mbps. I don't know how far they are from infrastructure. For instance head of NetOps was pulling 80Mbps watching the Rugby game on the weekend.

(I was soooooo tempted to rate limit him down just to mess with him, randomly...)

80Mbs on a stream? How even

The stream would pull max 80Mbps every other second or so, not constant.

This is the same kind of issue which we face with YouTube where YouTube will use max line speed every 1.5s or so to pull the stream/content; whereas Netflix uses about 2.6Mbps every 1.0-1.5s which is much nicer to the network.

I see the app updated this morning but now can't retrieve ADSL info.

I just loaded it on my phone (HTC ONE / Android) and its working perfectly. I suggest using the feedback section for the application for proper logging of bugs/issues, include the platform you're using as well.

Is it saving login info now?

Is that the kind of thing your company does?

Is FTTH part of Fat Pipe or are we discussing another product?

Deliberately choosing to seriously interpret an obvious humorous comment? You must be fun at parties.

Apologies but where would I find this feedback section?
I am using the Android app but it keeps saying error retrieving adsl products.

Professional capacity:
No this isn't what our company is about. What we are about is providing amazing service at a great price.

Personal capacity:
Seriously??? It was an obvious joke. If you want to troll, please find another source.

EDIT: When I said "One of the guys here" I'm talking about a co-worker, not a customer. Is it possible you missed that reference?

Mine wasn't saving login details either, so I uninstalled and reinstalled. Now it's saving the details, but giving me the "Error retrieving ADSL products" error :)

Well the app is borked for me on all fronts.
Can't retrieve ADSL package.

I have mailed your app team.

As some may know, we have two sides to our business; Consumer and Enterprise divisions. I have an account on both systems, and both logged in.

That system ID requirement, is a bit odd... I'll pass on my opinion to the app team.

EDIT: raised it with the team, will let you know if a changes is expected.
