I do the same, latency isnt the best to the UK but God damn is it stable.

I just cancelled my Afrihost, this is what I put in the Reason for cancelling field:
"I will try again after the POC becomes live but I can no longer afford to be paying for 3 different ISP's.
Mobile data can stay here but ADSL is now on VOX Fatpipe 150Gb with roll over as well as uncapped midnight to 6am and is still cheaper than Afrihost 50GB"
Let's hope Afrihost catch a wakeup for the sake of those that stayed on the sinking ship, but I am over the moon with the service and performance of VOX.
