Vox Telecom Fatpipe

I am generally happy with Vox.

I've got a 4mbps line. I'm can stream 1080 without buffering. Steam downloads running around 420kbps.

Live chat available 24/7/365 for Technical support. That's pretty impressive.

I also can't do a thing on my ADSL. Checking whose to blame.

It's always a blame game with zero cooperation between Telkom and Vox.
 
I'm in JHB (Northcliff) on Vox 400GB Fatpipe and mine is working correctly according to Speedtest, did a few downloads this morning that were fine as well.
 
The reports of these Vox issues are worrying - am getting DSL soon and wantes to get a Vox fatpipe account...
 
Yeah I'm probably going to cancel soon. My last attempt will be tomorrow and call Telkom to do a port reset and if that doesn't resolve anything then I'll be moving along. Pitty I will forfeit my 3x 100gb fatpipe promo but what good is it if I can't use it at all.
 
Seems so odd that it's only happening to certain users. Feels very similar to what was going on when I was with OpenWeb. Had to reset my account every few weeks and then it would gradually degrade. Only been with Vox two months but they have been perfect for me yet so many others having hassles.

I've been resetting my modem the whole day. Starts off fine and then quickly degrades to pathetic performance.
