Chris asked for traces from pingplot, he even sent me the link. Then after sitting on them for a week announced that I shouldn't use pingplot and must rather use Windows. I can upload the mail.I commend Chris for waiting this long before saying something to him. I don't get it, after being shown by everyone that it's not a Vox fault and something at his exchange or Telkom side is screwed he refuses to accept it.
Does he think the world is out to get him, thousands of people can't use DSL because of poor infrastructure, accept it and look into alternatives.
He then got very snarky with my Telkom contact when I put them in touch - hoping for a team effort.
