Vox Telecom Fatpipe

Hey Hey Hey Voxy where is all my data gone. I had like 200+gb and now its 75gb? U nubs cant just take my data which i have paid for.

Our team are still in the process of rectifying this issue.
This should be resolved today.
 
And it has been stated by Vox reps that they should pm or contact support.
Posting here is not really the first avenue to get support.

It is, if you're AntiGanda...and then you keep complaining about it and if someone give you advice, you need to be really rude at them.

Hi guys also experiencing line speed problems on you tube videos. Running a 40mb/s 100GB cap, getting around 400kb/s before 10pm and after 6am. Definitely being throttled during peak time, I have about 95% of my monthly data left and can't really use my VOX account for what I signed up. I am also in CT.

Does anybody know if something is being done about this?

Have you contacted vox or were you thinking we'd solve the problem for you?
 
MY BB is not my first port-of-call. Have been in communication with VOX, their response is there is a ticket open for this issue!

EDIT: ok think something was just brain farting, back to normal now.

The dev guys know about this and are attending to it. We have historical information, it will be corrected. No ETA at the moment.

I seems that the devs have semi-fix my account.

The following seems to be fixed:

- In the Overview tab:

The data usage, (peak, bolt-on and zero-rated) seems to be OK for Nov 2015.

The following is not corrected:

- In the Alloctions Tab

The historical roll-over data is still not showing.
Only the 75 GB allocated for November.

- In the Daily Usage Tab

The Bolt-On Usage is not showing in the Daily Usage Graph.​

I requested MickeyD to remove the "Vox Telecom - Solution Architect" flair from my user, since I resigned from the company.

I've been playing with the idea or sharing vs. not sharing this information; but it's a bit relevant now.

I resigned from Vox and my last day with the company will be November 30, 2015. I'm returning to the USA after 10 wonderful years in South Africa.

Anyhow, that was my decision prior to any other event by any other person. :)
