Vox Telecom Fatpipe

Hmmm, my one vox data account shows that I have my roll over data, but my second account only shows the 150GB allocated..... I wonder why only the one shows the roll-over data and the other doesn't ?

I could be wrong but I vaguely remember Chris saying you need to authenticate on each account for them to update each month.

Same here no rollover included only monthly allocation of 150

Same problem, no rollover data.

Usually takes a day or 2 for things to update.

What's your point. If there is a problem should I ignore it or let them know? BTW they haven't fixed a thing.

What you should do is cancel and move on...

Can confirm that fixed my portal, both accounts showing all my data now after dialing both of them.

All my accounts are showing the rollover data. Very cool. Well done to Vox.

I am experiencing some rather slow speeds today. Anybody else experiencing this? Websites struggling to load. MyBB seems OK though, is it maybe an international issue or is it just my line acting up again?

Hi whyohwhy

Could you contact our support desk to check for any line issues. No ongoing issues at present.

Michael

It isn't the exchange. Telkom have confirmed that the fault lies with Vox.

I've had nothing but smooth sailing with VOX, so your constant issues are strange to read. That said, if I was having as many issues as you're having, with no resolution after the length of time you've been having them, and confirmed another ISP gave me better performance, I would've jumped ship long ago.

Don't you come here with your reason and logic. ;)

Well that's the thing with Vox. You can be in the same locale and have different issues. So people come here and say it's not the ISP's fault and start trolling with customers. Rather you post your experience and I post mine.

Fair enough. But you've been having issues for a really long time. And if I recall correctly, you've said other ISPs give you the performance you expect. So I'm curious why you don't just switch over?

Well that's my business as I said. If it's one aspect that's not working, then they ought to address it. We can't do musical ISP's just because a company tried eroneosly to deflect blame. Now that Chris the stubborn one is gone I have hopes.:D

Sounds like precisely the sort of reason one would switch ISP. Lack of performance is usually the reason I move ISP but I've jumped because of things like poor support and seemingly dishonest attempts to not acknowledge problems in the past.

I'm having issues with my accounts too but it looks to be a Telkom issue. Had them around once and while that visit improved things it didn't solve the problem. If it turns out the issue is with Vox, and I doubt it is, they get a chance to fix it and if they can't then I move ISP. Simple. I certainly wouldn't rant and rave endlessly about it. That would be a waste of my time.
