Really; where? I just spotted the email sent to me on 29 Feb today. Searched thread but couldn't find any Vox responses to previous queries about this.

Vox Telecom has confirmed that it will not increase the prices of its promotional deals, such as its 100GB Fat Pipe promotion for R164 per month.
