after about six weeks of poor performance VOX seem to be fine again... at last!

Strange, my line has also been dropping quite frequently the last few days for some reason...
Havent had problems but since uncapped LTE not using my vox fatpipe. Almost 700gbs.
No I have rolled over Vox data of 692gbs to be exact.That must be a typo.
It would equate to 87.5GB/s and very few countries can even achieve 1GB/s.
Did you mean 700Mbs which would equate to 87.5MBytes per second?

Having issues the last few nights in Cape Town. Can't get over 100Kb/s downloading from local and international servers in the evenings on a 20Mb VDSL line. Speedtest are full speed. Switching to Web Africa account and I'm getting full 2MB/s download again.
Had exactly the same experience last nigh and the night before...perfect on speetest and webAfrica ....100kb/s through put on fat pie....Sync 24Mb/s
I got a debit order returned notification from Vox, which is strange as I have sufficient funds on my credit card.
@Voxy, can you please check if your billing department has any problems?
