Can't authenticate, using bridging mode on my router. Windows 10 error - "The PPP link control protocol was terminated"

This started happening one day ago.

Voxy - what is happening in the EC area lately? Used to be butter smooth. These days I am lucky to stream after 7pm? Everything is buffering horribly. I have checked our exchange everytime it happens and it is fine - Is there a capacity issue or something? Is someone squeezing the fatpipe?
