And that is why by using accounts from different ISP's we can determine if it is likely to be a VOX issue.
i.e. If you can't stream on VOX but I can on Telkom then VOX may have an issue or be shaping the line.
if Telkom also fails to stream, from the same server as VOX, then it is a server issue or an exchange/openserv issue.
 
Mine is completely dead today, the red LOS light on the Huawei router is blinking red. Not sure if it’s a line issue or VOX. I’ve contacted ISPafrika who manage the line and await their reply but seeing this thread it could be a VOX issue. Will update when I know more
 
Is there a way to get rid of the OTP requirement each time I want to check data usage on my PC?

I never even knew that was a thing, mine doesn't ask anything except username and password.

Use the online chat support and ask them?

Just watch out that Axxess/Afrihost don't become like DStv and decide to have annual increases. :p

My line and mobile data are with Axxess, but I don't live in WC (or KZN) so my DSL data is still with Vox.
 
Is anyone having authentication issue's i cannot dial out?

Im on ftth and my vox has been down since 16:30 i know there was issue's with SAT3 this morning. I see there is report's of downtime on downdetector also

Just want to know if anyone else is having issue's.
