As far as I can see; their product is reliant on the OpenServe exchange you use - the same exchange you use for Telkom...so if your nearest exchange is decrepit, you are going to have a bad experience with VOX fatpipe DSL also, surely?

And that is why by using accounts from different ISP's we can determine if it is likely to be a VOX issue.
i.e. If you can't stream on VOX but I can on Telkom then VOX may have an issue or be shaping the line.
if Telkom also fails to stream, from the same server as VOX, then it is a server issue or an exchange/openserv issue.
