Thank you.Log in to the portal, hover over account and the second one will be Outage Notification.
I see Vox dropped prices on Fatpipe 100GB from R99 to R79 - but getting charged R99 as an older customer?
Any one know how to get the R79 fee?
Well after 2 days of infernal noise a Technician knocked on my door yesterday and asked where I would like my Fiber connection to terminate. Apparently this building is considered a digital village ( note to self: read body corporate notices ) so I now need to see if VOX will work on the new fiber or if I need to or want to find a new ISP.
If the fiber is still reliant an the local Exchange I will pass and stick with ADSL and Telkom/VOX as the exchange is the bottleneck, if the Fiber bypassess the exchange, which as it is not openserve I hope it will, I am open to offers for an unshaped fiber connection.
SADV is goodIt's not Openserve, it is some company called SA DIGITAL VILLAGES.
Their web site is very thin on detail and big on marketing so I suspect it is a new company.
they make the statement:
SA Digital Villages is a full Telecommunications Operator as well as an Internet Service Provider .
So I don't know if it will work with VOX.
I am a bit annoyed that they even installed it without asking if i want it.
I assumed they were Telkom till they started drilling through walls rather than using the Telkom Trunking.
I will need to ask the bodycorperate what is happening and why.
SADV is good
They do alot of the business estates and residential estates here in Joburg.
Pinball Wizard here works for themThanks Adam, good knowing that.
I am sure their sales department will call soon.
