No T/c's for this "special" so I assume
1. Month to month for 12 months - after which it will be reviewed
2. Not tied into contract
3. 30 days cancellation
4. Fatpipe is Shaped
How do I start this from 01/08/2015

Somehow I dont think this is a once off deal, that says discounted per month
What a bunch of idiots in the Call Center - as bad as Telkom - Jeesh - ISP in this country are useless
Maybe you should see it from the point of view of a customer -
Maybe it's not a good way to get new customers -
1. Webpage that won't accept new customer application - why did I not think of that - btw it's been useless from last night
2. Call them and have to listen to a self-promoting canned message of how good the are - and then
3. er maybe Sales can help you - er maybe Technical can help - er maybe advanced tech can help... loop 5 times and lets see how much patience anyone has left
and guess what - still not accepted
Fair enough. We had different experiences. Mine good, yours not so. Such is life. Let's move along.
Vox aren't the greatest when it comes to customer service, but I've been impressed with their network, works better and more stable here than Afrihost and WebAfrica.

Hey guys - just a update...
After escalating to "manager" level , no-one called back by 14:30 so I called in again and managed to find a very helpful consultant who created my account manually and thereafter I was able to complete the online app. He got a Green Happy face from me.
Account was active imeadiately and I was able to enjoy the Vox experience everyone has been raving about.
1Q tho - when doing a line speedtest - I get a "slow" ramp up to my line speed and then it maintains full speed. Ramp up takes 1 -2 seconds to stabilise - wonder if this is a VOX thing?
