Vuma Reach Phoenix Thread

Not seeing notices still.

Send me your details via pm let me see what is going on.
Its working now, whatsapp help said they did this:
I have recreated connection ports, please unplug router and ONT for 5 minutes then reconnect and test line.

Why does this keep happening, third time this week i had to switch off and wait 5 minutes before getting connectivity

Wth been down for hours... Stop providing us with a **** service @AfriNatic
Damn man. Calm down. Its a Vuma issue. No need to take your frustrations out on the poor dude after hours. Issue was resolved at 3AM my side.

I just sent a mail to support and they said theres nothing wrong on their side and vuma issued to incident reports. Went to sleep and found my internet was restored at 3AM

i believe our lines need to be upgraded...

does anyone have any clue as to why we don't have 100mb lines?

Same reason why the other FNOs are not in these areas

The reach network prioritizes cost savings to keep their prices as low as possible. Hence why we are on a GPON network vs a Active Ethernet network that other Vuma providers have. Reach also has more splits per a Node compared to other Vuma products hence why theres a 40mb limit on packages. This is also why we have 40mb packages for less than R600pm.

Theres more reasons as well, but these are your main reasons
