They have paid for the installation and I also got the first 3 months free. My installation was done in May 2017 and I have not had an issue yet with CellC.
I also do not have an idea on how much data I consume since they do not report on it, and I have not really bothered to try and keep track.
I even received a sim card with 1GB for backup, but their network coverage is not great in my area, and what do you do with 1GB data if you are used to Uncapped Data?
