Vumatel Installation Query

Regarding the installation by the Vumatel contractors, what is the scope of the install? Do they just install the CPE box and that's it or will they install the CPE box in one location and router in another location if required?

I have a pc in one bedroom at the back of the house and I'd prefer it to be wired rather than wireless. Will the contractors install the CPE box at the front of the house and then run a lan cable to the back of the house for the router or is it on me to get that done? Don't really want the CPE box in a bedroom.

They will install the CPE only. The router install is your problem.

That's on you buddy.. they don't even bother staying to check you have a working internet connection.. when the CPE is installed and they see green lights, they say cheers, goodbye thank you and off they go..

They install the CPE box router is your problem - so best to have the Router and CPE in the same place, just ask them to install the CPE where you want it - map out the best route for them , and most of the guys are happy to do it -
