1000/100 on Vox now R1499, maybe Vox is starting to fix pricing more in line with the new Vumatel prices, or maybe it's just wishful thinking..

I entered my address as well and got the R1499 price on the Vox website, weird, why would you get different pricing from the same ISP on same network??
 
I hope I can make a bit more commission on my Vumatel products still waiting on the wholesaler to let me know.

Nope, it is not true. I am on 100/100 and it's 1199 p/m.

Makes no sense. I tried Chrome now to check if it's not some cache or cookie issue from a long ago session but getting the same price listings.

I am a customer of theirs and their pricing has been R1499 for 1000/100 for a while now. If anything, they are supposed to drop the 1000/100 pricing and other packages a bit.

Yes, I understand that. It makes sense that their prices should at least be R1499 (non-updated price).

What baffles is the difference on my side. Not planning on signing up with them but still.

smh i tried different browsers and the pricing is just R1499. not sure what's happening on your end.

I'm not a VOX customer and I entered my address and see the R1499 price.
Maybe try a different address that you know has Vumatel trenched?
 
Some advice please
I'm currently on a 200mbps symmetrical line with Cool Ideas. Their updated prices on this package is a saving of R80.00 (R1499 down to R1419), while Afrihost is offering the same package for R1147.00. Almost R280 difference. Am I missing some *first 3 months fine print somewhere? Has Afrihost improved on service enough for me to risk going back there? That saving is looking pretty tempting at the moment.

Any help would be appreciated

not a seconds issue with afrihost in the last 2 years..........

I noted the same thing. The Vuma pricing story shows that the Cool Ideas price is going to be R 1349, but the mail I got says R 1419 as the new price, but I want to change to the 1000/200 when it is available for 1499 anyway.
Afrihost is a good deal cheaper on the 200/200 suddenly, WHEN the pricing becomes effective.
 
Sick and tired of WebAfrica, I have been trying to cancel with no luck.
