What's your battery SOC during this time?
Only way to avoid this is switch your grid off totally otherwise it happens from time to time.
What does your System Mode screen look like in terms of battery settings?
Mine does this on occasion as well even though all my battery settings are set to 2% - only if grid is connected. What does your System Mode screen look like in terms of battery settings?
mmm, bizarre - might be a firmware issue on the Sunsynk thenMine does this on occasion as well even though all my battery settings are set to 2% - only if grid is connected.
My 2c change your geysers to run from 10 to 12 they can "topup" for 30 min then at 3. No need to keep that at 100% either drop it to 20% only touch these settings when loadshedding kicks in againI set the time slot between 13:00 - 17:00 to keep the battery at 100%. That's when my geysers run. I thought rather let them draw from the grid if there is not enough PV. I guess it's much of a muchness?

Once you have been monitoring the system 2 months plus I dont know if the new sunsynk dongle is even worth getting now.So I got a reply from Hubble regarding how to connect the cloudlink to the battery and inverter. In short, they said that no ethernet cable supports full monitoring ATM. They have another cable they can send me that connects to the RS232 port of the inverter and the S port on the cloudlink. That means that I have to remove my Sunsynk logger. WTF?
Feels like I have a red piece of 3d printed paperweight that I paid a lot for.
