Sunrise is also a bit later though, only seems to really pick up around 9am. Whereas for us it would be about an hour earlier...

That's the huge oak trees that blocks the first couple of hours. Can't do anything about them.

Not sure. They asked for my Riot details earlier in the week and when they phoned me now we went through the process to update the BMS. What does your Riot show next to status atm?
