1. So you buy from them and then contract the installer separately?
Or do they contract the installer and arrange it all?
2. I’ll drop them a mail regardless because their pricing compared to what I got today is like the difference of VAT being added or not almost.
3.Does the SSEG registration really cost R6000? Excl.

Yep, they will recommend an installer, or you can choose one from the long list of Sunsynk approved installers. And yes, PFS pricing is consistently excellent, they are very fair.So you buy from them and then contract the installer separately?

Just don't expect delivery soon, it's all still a bit of a mess, with Covid closing China down, and then when the ships finally left, they find that they cannot dock in Durban harbour because of the KZN floods. On top of that there is load-shedding which increases demand, and then there are speculative orders from suppliers for containers full of batteries that they have no buyers for (yet) in anticipation of price increases. All of these factors will affect any supplier, not only PFS though.
My own solar panels and mounts for my Kabookie install 2 months ago has still not yet arrived, delayed for the 3rd time nowAlso not PFS fault, but rather Segensolar.
Do you mind posting your quote? Minus any branding etc of course...Yeah I realise now is a terrible time and that even if I commit today I’ll be waiting at least a month.
There are just so many extra charges on this list that baffle me that I’m asking for alternative but same detail quotes.
Like R11730 excl VAT for “GS50 Battery Installation Accessories” sounds like sundries charges bullshit at car dealership.

Yes, I have my local electrician/solar guy quote me on installation. So you buy from them and then contract the installer separately?

I would also like a definitive answer re the SSEG registration. I know there is a lot of paperwork involved in registering your system, but I couldn't find confirmation iro any fee payable to CoCT.So you buy from them and then contract the installer separately?
Or do they contract the installer and arrange it all?

Would love to see his crypto mining rig. This guy I know down the street from me. He demolished his house to build a new one. I heard he had a solar system installed. Liewe Fok.
I counted 104 panels on his house, the bottom one. Top house is his dad's house.
