They have specialised requirements for POs and Invoicing, so a decent degree of customisation is necessary. They've tested Zoho Books, Xero, Freshbooks, QuickBooks Online, and a number of others -- no single one has all the features they require.
Most especially they need:
* Support for Buy and Sell rates in multi-currency (not just a single forex rate for each currency)
* Inventory items with support for multiple cost and selling prices in multiple currencies
* POs with customisable multiple discounts set by line item
* Customisable fields and field-length in Quotes, Invoices and POs
* Integration with a CRM
* Highly customisable forms
* Mailing templates that support html
