Yes you are. That is what you posted.
That is a fact not a claim? Look at any terrain data if you are technically capable of doing that. There are no pictures of random ocean floors at 4.5 km.

WIOCC hasn't been honest about anything. The faults attended to by the ships have been in a straight line from Grand Bassam at 43km, 112km and 250km. A landslide over that distance would have been detected at 7 on the Richter scale. No evidence of that. And no evidence of seismic activity means no landslide,

They had high hopes to finish work on the high seas today. (30 April)
Severed West African internet cables repaired
Four high-capacity internet cables were severed in a suspected subsea seismic event near Ivory Coast on 14 March.

The ANC government will not approve of starlink until they get their piece of the pie. Whether the nation has internet or not. The replacement (coalition) government will get us those Starlink licences.
