Wazzup or SAINET?please help!

I was with SAOL before and moved my line to them. Took my one email and they transfered it back to telkom within notice period. No hussle there. Only downside is that it takes the 30 days notice period to transfer line back, but I think it's worth it.

When upgrading it seems to take a while. I was on a 384 line with telkom and wazzup activated me within 2 hours but also on 384. Will see how long it will take them to upgrade my line to 512. Up to it does what it says on the box.
i dont understand .I canceled my adsl line with SAOL and this is the reply i got from them(Please kindly note that by canceling your account, your ADSL line also canceled , you will need to order ADSL line again from Telkom)So how the hell did you get them to transfer your line back to Telkom.

You need to tell them that you want your line not cancelled but transfered back. Otherwise they will cancel it and you need to apply for a new line with telkom. I mailed Desiree from SAOL and had her on the phone she was ver helpful.

* I placed the order at 16h49.
* The order confirmation email came through at 18h28.
* I received my login details at 20h36.
I do not want to be rude but that is pathetic. The longest I had to wait for an order to finish was just over 10 minutes and in most cases once I filled in the forms and phoned to confirm I got my login details immediately. 4 Hours is a no go.

i have waited 3 days with axxess.reason was their accounting service does not work at weekend:)if you are looking for pathetic company go straight axxess.they are rude and pathetic:)

Same day is fine with most people. Is having to wait 4 hours really that bad where as waiting days or even weeks for some ISPs to give any type of service?

For comparison: MWEB did not get back to me in 3 weeks.

Wazzup had to verify my banking details first before activating my account, hence the delay. Their billing is based on debit orders and there was no pre-payment on my part. Considering that it was after hours (OK, 11 minutes of it was in business hours), I still think it is brilliant.

If you get better service elsewhere, great. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my order went through considering that they didn't know me from a steaming turd in the road.

Cheers,

Andrew

Ditto.

I could also quote experiences with another (large, well known) ISP that can't even begin to compare with the service I received from Wazzup (during the order process and subsequently), but it would be in my work capacity. I therefore do not think it prudent to do so on a public forum.

I was happy and I'm still happy with Wazzup.

Cheers,

Andrew

mweb told me i must waited for 2 months:):) i was almost getting heart attack:)i am not joking.they said i must wait 2 months for my internet:)i cant say more than that because of forum rules.but wazzup is very fast for me so far.

Hi Guys

Some feedback on my experience with Wazzup. 1 word - Brilliant. Any problems I had were sorted out quickly by their, albeit small, support team. I recommended them to my brother in law and he's now with them as well and very happy with their service.
