i dont understand .I canceled my adsl line with SAOL and this is the reply i got from them(Please kindly note that by canceling your account, your ADSL line also canceled , you will need to order ADSL line again from Telkom)So how the hell did you get them to transfer your line back to Telkom.I was with SAOL before and moved my line to them. Took my one email and they transfered it back to telkom within notice period. No hussle there. Only downside is that it takes the 30 days notice period to transfer line back, but I think it's worth it.
When upgrading it seems to take a while. I was on a 384 line with telkom and wazzup activated me within 2 hours but also on 384. Will see how long it will take them to upgrade my line to 512. Up to it does what it says on the box.
