Ok i got it, seems i'm scatterbrain today, it looks good to me, i must say i enjoy google docs only let down is that you can't use google docs if you don't have a google account. But otherwise it seems good.

I am strongly considering going Web 2.0 here at the office within the next year, my boss is all for it because we need to remain competitive.

A google account is freely available to anyone so that's not so much of a barrier - our slow and expensive broadband is however.

Quite reliable actually- there's been no downtime. It was slow only last month because we all decided to test it and downloaded stuff
