That happened to me on a few occasions this months since using WA 12 - 6 account

Hey guys, can anyone help me? I am looking for info on the 4mb Business account:

How much can i download in one month(I usually do about 200-300 gig a month mostly via Torrent)?
When can i download torrents(best time to download in the day)?
Direct downloads, the best time in the day to download directly(HTTP e.g.) and how will it affect my rating?
How does the account perform when playing WoW, Dota 2, BF3/4?
How is streaming via YouTube, twitch. I read somewhere that Chevron said twitch is really great on WA but i think he is on 10mb Bus account ?
In general how do you rate the support?

feel free to drop a PM, don't want to clutter the feedback page with useless info when people actually have problems they want to have fixed.

None at all.

Twitch as always depends on the stream. Some work on "Source", some you need to drop to "High".

This is an odd question

Using firefox, this afternoon and just now when I opened Facebook pictures etc wouldn't load. Switch to my vox account and Facebook operates fine.

Any ideas?

I have a quick question......

I schedule my downloads from 12am to 6am every night. But I have noticed that when my queue is empty and I add files to be downloaded at 05:30am and then start the queue, it will download around 500MB and stop at 6am as it should.

Then I will check my usage summary and it will say I have used this 500MB between 6am and 7am and I have only used 1.50MB between 5am and 6am.

Does this usage summary calculate the bandwidth used from the previous hour (5am-6am) and display the it for the next hour (6am-7am)?

This was already answered a while back.

The radius info doesn't come on the hour every hour. Sometimes it's a few min off which can throw that off.

Thanks Syber - not been too technical this is above my pay grade.

I am now working with Chrome and think maybe it is time to move away from Firefox as on my new computer i have just had one hassle after the other. Now just have to figure how to work Chrome and get my favourites

I might run both and have the "problems" in Firefox - will use chrome, and keep FF for the rest
