Ja, I've heard this before too but am not convinced. I usually limit my upload to 2kbps.

I think we're okay as long as it's not a local production.

I also use peerblock for what its worth.

That looks like a 20mb line.

Nope that's 40meg during peak times. A 20meg would be lucky to get 15 during peak hours.
