Web Africa ADSL general feedback

Thought I would try and use some of the 50tb midnight bandwidth, but its pretty damn hard when pegged to a measly 60kb/s max on a torrent that was going at 1MB/s on Afrihost capped before switching over. I guess I will have to switch back if I want that file anytime this week.
 
Just one question, does the capped accounts have any star rating associated with it, or is that just the uncapped accounts?
 
Well, well, well... I just downloaded a copy of SublimeText at 220 KB/s on my alternative capped account. IT PROVES FOR ONCE AND ALL THAT MY LINE IS NOT ****ING BROKEN.:mad:
 
International slow my side too,unable to stream twitch. Also, I get an email telling me that I haven't paid BUT I have a ticket open where the woman is telling me all my details are captured. Payment method is debit order so no idea why I'm getting emails about not paying when they have all the correct details?

Uncapped?
 
Seems fine on my afrihost free gig account. Yeah , I'm on 4mb webafrica business uncapped and can't do much internationally with it.

Business Uncapped has been throttled to death every day. What a ****ing joke.
 
Latency in-game has been terrible this morning, and sites are struggling to load. I'm on a 4 star rating at the moment so nothing should be holding me back this much.

No mention of network issues on their site either.

I agree - am on capped account. Very slow indeed
 
Ok. So last night was complete ****up for my account. Was capped at 12GB when I have a 60GB account. Problem was sorted out last night but I then received a new invoice to bill me for the upgrade back to 60GB for a 5GB account.

EDIT. I see now I received a credit for the bill also. So hopefully this is now sorted then.

WA Business Uncapped 2Mbit - Comment: Web browsing's slow as hell, especially when loading heavy image websites. Streaming is non-existent.

We've got the exact same issue this morning on the 10Mb Business uncapped. It's excruciatingly slow, even on mybb. I've been on hold to their call center now for 10 minutes.
