That's strange as HTTPS downloads should be as close to full line speed as possible. Could you send me the link you using to download so I can get our guys to take a look into this.

Dreadfull performance in swtor again this morning was fine saturday and sunday. What is going on?? Are you shaping gaming on capped bussiness??

It's NNTP with SSL, not HTTPS, so I can't give you a link unfortunately.

NNTP & P2P traffic is deprioritised during business hrs on Home Capped accounts so you will see a drop in performance on that protocol only and will return to normal after 5pm.

Business capped accounts get a very high priority on all protocols so it cant be shaping but we will need to investigate this. Can you please PM me your account details and I will see what we can find.

Not my line or router as latency goes to 200ms when I switch to my backup mweb account. WebAfrica latency is going at 2000+, game even showing a red cross for latency that's how bad it is.

Lag in swtor still the same issue today. One of your guys(Kevin) called me but he dropped the call...

Giving you till the end of the week to sort this else it will be time to cancel.

My connection requires the following to be 100% at all times.

1.Swtor latency
2.ESO latency
3.International download speeds( do not care for local as I don't use local sites for 99% of my traffic)
4.Streaming

Had problems sending gmail, called the helpdesk, adsl department referred me to hosting, hosting told me to send them an email...:whistling:

It started working while I was typing the message this afternoon, but now everything is borked again.

It seems to be an IS routing issue based on the IP that keeps coming up: 168.209.2.12

Things seem to work if you use the 216.58.20*.* range, but everything in 74.125.23*.* seems to get stuck at 168.209.2.12.

Thanks for the feedback ashfaak. I'm also having issues with some site, since they use Google Ads or things that rely on (ajax.googleapis.com)

I also had huge DC issues last night with Xbox Live (+google/gmail) - any issues with you guys? I switched over to Afrihost and the google issue is resolved.
