@WebAfrica Helper
Wow, your LiveChat support is pathetic. Where did you train your staff, Telkom?

WHOOOOOOOOO ... where are the finger snacks, Holmes?Welcome to the web Africa party.
is anyone experiencing high latency to european servers? Ive had this issue the last couple of days and it's quite annoying. Trying to work out if this is WA related, or a line issue or something.
Hi, I'm considering moving from AH 4mb home uncapped which prices around R700 (R397.00 for data and R300 for line which is still at telkom) to the WA business capped account 300 GB(60 GB anytime + 240 after hours) but on 10mb line for R689.00.
I did the math and I average around 104.114 GB/month on downloads including uploads. This seems like a good idea since I usually download when I go to sleep, but will the 60GB per month be enough for daytime youtube + gaming etc. and still torrent and download in the given time.
I'm just worried that 2gb per day might not be enough to hold a month for usage between *when I wake up* until midnight.
Wow, it never ceases to amaze me how two people's impressions of a company will vary so vastly purely based on their personal experience of its services at a specific moment.
I just came on here to say how impressed I've been with WebAfrica. After yet another evening of streaming was ruined by buffering I decided to jump the Telkom ship, and fired off my first e-mail to WebAfrica at 22:00 last night. At midnight (midnight!) I had a friendly reply with answers to my questions. Throughout the course of today I dealt with about five different WebAfrica team members who all took turns answering my questions, and seamlessly picked up my case and moved it along professionally (with full sentences and properly answering all questions).
Now the proof is in the pudding of course (that'll be in a month after Telkom gets its talons out of me), but like I just said to my wife ... I've had more communication from WebAfrica in less than 24 hours than I've had from Telkom in five months. Plus it's cool that I can log into WebAfrica's customer zone already and see the status of my order, compared to just hoping and praying with Telkom.
Thanks WebAfrica team. Initial impressions: very goodNow just get me that fast connection and we'll be friends for life

With you coming from telkom I can imagine that you would be very impressed. I must admit web Africa are very good. I don't think anybody is worse then telkom.
Welcome to the web Africa party.
@WebAfricaHelper: For the past couple nights I've been experiencing very high ping. Pingtest shows ~250ms to the Cape Town server.
