Hi WA Helper

Finally got some stats that could help, see your PM. I also mailed this through to support as they phoned this afternoon and opened a ticket for me. Tried phoning now when I got the information but not getting through on the phone.

No connection since just after 4pm.
Now 9:25pm and still nothing.

Authentication issues and not a single reply back from WA support.

Authentication issues seem to have disappeared. Throughput is now basically zero though. Ffs...

Edited to add - 11:55pm and still no connection.
And 7:50am and still nothing.

And finally feedback: ADSL outage in our area and, as usual, Hellscum cannot give an ETA on when it will be fixed...

So I made a ticket concerning the problem I had a few days ago, the day after the connection was fine again, said thanks to the person who helped, and closed the ticket. Now it's starting again D:. Sitting with over 400 ms ping to most local game servers, speedtest also gave a rather nasty result concerning ping. Please help! (this was to a place relatively close to where I live :/)

Used to have auth issues last week. It lasted a whole farking day :mad: No explanations were given by WA. At first I thought it was because I settled my bill a day later. No, that was not it. It was you, WA!!!! I knew it. That day was ruined. I couldn't get that day back.

Bought a small 5/20GB business capped account to test with and I must say, I'm extremely impressed.
If this is how the account preforms day in and day out, I will probably make the move from an uncapped to a capped account.

Yeah, their accounts are solid!

It's lovely waking up in the morning to 20gb's worth of completed torrents (10mb line).

I asked in the capped account thread, but do you know where I can find my password in the clientzone?
I have a desktop connection which was setup a long time ago and I can't recall my password.
I just want to add it to the router.

Your password was emailed to you with your username. Just go through your old emails.

Mmmmm, sorry no... I can only see where you can change your password but you'll need your old one for that. You may have to mail support or alternatively reset your password.

My Services/Internet access/View details(far right)/Change password = Display Username and password.

EDIT: Gees, I was on there earlier checking, didn't see it was displaying details! Wasn't really paying attention. Assumed the open boxes were for existing password and new password...

How do WA Uncapped home account work in terms of usage? ei When does it get throttle?

If you only download between 00:00 and 06:00 you will never be throttled.

What is a download defined as? If streaming and browsing are the only things the account is used for during daytime will it be effected?
