I have to say cancelation is getting quite easy for me considering that live chat is offline... phones are not answered and when you type in a question in that little popup window and click send it just hangs and gives me this

Business uncapped user here, down to 0.5Mbps on a 4Mbps line since last night.

This happens every couple of weeks, followed by having half my working day wasted convincing WA support that the problem is on their side, after which they fix whatever they did to my account and then two weeks later having to go through the same farce again.

Hi WA if your support teams are off saturday and sunday please tell me if they're on duty now - wednesday 17:15?

Still waiting for a reply on the support ticket I filed this morning at 11h00.

Less than impressed.

Even if the network problems of the last 24 hours are outside of their control they still have a responsibility to communicate this information.

Incredibly unprofessional WA!

Try connecting to telkom guest account - u: guest@telkomadsl p: guest

Then go to saix.net and run a speedtest on there, see if the speeds are any better.

I tried this but saix.net would not load...

My speeds are not much better than yesterday.

So, the high latency streak continues, except there seems to be a pattern appearing. Today, at ~4:45 pm, the latency shot through the roof, averaging at 700 ms for an hour before dropping to 400 ms to all local servers. Yesterday's problems also started late in the afternoon, I just did not check the time so I can't be sure of when exactly. But it's still strange that the latency, which was fine for most of the day, suddenly shot up to such a high value just a quarter of an hour before 5 pm.

Obviously. But when you say BAD. What kind of speeds can I expect for what services during which times? Needs some specifics if you've got them.

If you're on a 1 star you will experience a deprioritisation across all protocols even after hours. We cannot say exactly how much you will be affected due to the way the star rating system is setup.

How much data do you consume on a monthly basis?

It takes forever to download any app from Google Play store on my WA Business Uncapped account :(

I was able to download a couple of apps at full line speed when I switched to my another WA Capped account. So my line's not faulty.

WebAfrica, can you please try to sort out your support, by at least trying to give someone info that you guys are too busy and give an eta when the can be assisted. Sitting in online chat for more than half an hour now without any real response.

To EU, Home capped acc.

To Cape Town, Home capped acc.

Using Afrihost Free 1 Gig to same EU server.

What is going on ? , Speeds non existent from 12am to 6am. Now my ping has doubled to EU on WA capped account.
