All you people saying this is WA's fault disgust me.
If you did any research regarding the issue that EVERY international connection has, you would know its not in WA's hands to fix this.
Everytime something goes wrong, everyone jumps on their high horse and point fingers. WA has been a very good ISP sofar from my side. I have had no major issues, also no regular issues.
Their support desk and engineers work hard when **** hits the fan. They resolve it quickly, much quicker than most ISP. If you want to go raging about your ISP, go get iBurst and you can rage everyday. I came from iBurst to WA and its been heaven.
So next time your connection aint what you think it should be, first run www.speedtest.net and www.pingtest.net. Then go check your ISP's website for any notifications (WA especially are fast to put up notifications). After all that, come here and read the last 2 pages of your ISP's discussion. If you do not see any problem reported there, that is either WA wide or Country wide, then you can rage.
Been using WA for just over a month and rather disappointed.Whereas all protocols work 100% all the time on my Afrihost account I often struggle with HTTP and streaming on my WA account.Performance definitely seems to suffer during business hours and I have to wonder if their network is not oversubscribed.
