Anyone else experiencing extremely slow connection at the moment ? Pages take very long to load.

I'm in PE

Considering my invoice comes through via email, I'm pretty sure you have the correct address.
 
I am also experiencing this Uncapped 40mb problem. All I can say is, if this is the performance they get for R2725pm I feel sorry for them. I can't get above 300kbps ever, its worse than home capped.

When will this be fixed? Will my usage now count against my cap? How am I supposed to know exactly how much I've used?
 
I was on the 60gb last month.

I checked dsl console on 1 November and it stated I was on 100gb capped.

Now it states i am on :Business Static Uncapped VDSL: 40mbps Pro

Somebody made a royal **** up. I will be lodging a complaint ISPA if this messes up my billing.

Lodging a complaint because they messed up your billing?Sheez get a grip...and a life :rolleyes:
 
I see my usage console is right again so either they have fixed the issues with the upgrade or they have reverted to the old console again
 
I am really getting sick and tired of WebAfrica and their incompetence.

I have not been with WebAfrica for about 6months now and they are still trying to debit my account for monies outstanding, then it left to me to do their damn admin while I sit with bladdy bank charges and still having to pay their admin charges because I rejected their debit orders.

This isn't the first time.

Same issue I had with Afrihost and with iBurst before that. Go to your bank and block them from trying to put through any more debit orders. It seems to be the norm for any SA ISP to have utterly useless billing admin staff.

Hi,

Really sorry this mess up, but this issue has been resolved. Please give me a shout if your DSL Consol is still displaying: Business Static Uncapped VDSL: 40mbps Pro.
 
I am also experiencing very bad latency and speeds in Kuils River.

Battlefield is lagging a lot.
 
Anyone having issues with speeds in DL+ hours?

This morning my speeds were about 30% for the first hour; second hour was about 60% and only in third hour did I reach full speeds.

I hope this was a glitch and not a sign of things to come with this DL+ now been uncapped for most people
