Actually this is beyond ridiculous. I have had a few instances with web africa under-performing. Clients been down for days. I rate them the best in south africa, but it seems ZA's best is absolute crap in comparison.
You charge more for less.

Oh come on, you're down for an hour and it's the end of the world? At least they kept you informed and had it up and running again in a hour. What happened when SEACOM (and thus Afrihost and Axxess and ...) went down?
And those who host in SA - perhaps you've learnt your lesson now? You are fully aware of the connectivity issues in SA the last few months, why take a chance if your clients mean that much to you? (Unless you are forced to host in SA for some reason)
Well said, its ridiculuos really. These guys would swear that WA was doing it on purpose or something.. lol .... Forums IMO are becoming a bitching ground.
