My line at Web Africa has on separate occasions been having super bad international ping. Which made it unbearable to play any games. In the past I submitted tickets which they would respond to a week later, and by then the problem had resolved itself. But nonetheless the problem always stayed for days, making my nights long and boring. So it's happened again and I decided I'd rather post my problems on their Facebook page. It would make them lose face in front of customers if they didn't sort out the problem, so I thought maybe they won't wait a week this time. But i was wrong, it's now 3 days in, no fix, games are unplayable, 400-2k ping. Downloading is fine, streaming is fine, browsing is fine, but playing games? HA! Forget about it! And they decided to delete my posts and block me on Facebook. I'd like to add that there was no swearing in my posts, or belittling of the company and/or its employees. Advice to gamers looking to switch ISP's, beware of Web Africa, it's not gaming friendly, and they couldn't care less about resolving your issues.
So Web Africa, when are you going to help me? And by help I mean sort my problem out, not sweep me under the carpet for another day, like you tried to do by blocking me on Facebook.
Here is proof of my posts, and that I'm now blocked. (Sorry for the big screenshots)
They deleted my post right after they commented on it...
