@websquadza I recently moved places last week and didn't want to cancel with websquad. I thought it would be an easy switch to the new place as it would just have to get activated (there is a fibre box here). Turns out there is a "ports" issue in Wynberg and I can't get activated until the 5th of September. So I've waited a whole week and now I'm being told that your sales person can't get in contact with Vumatel.
This is seriously making me consider cancelling because I can't be buying data for another whole weekend. Do you now have any priority contacts at Vumatel that would give you some sort of status update? Since we can't contact them anymore I have to rely on you to be diligent in following up with them.
