Have you had many separate issues? On my side its only been these 2 thus far - maybe there is some FNO stuff in the mix as wellWhat the devil is going on WebSquad?
Why is everything so erratic lately? I’m not really enjoying the experience as of late. Too many issues keep popping up.

Most def - wasn't doubting - just seeking clarity.Performance has just been erratic lately. Especially in the evenings. I can’t say if it’s WebSquad or the FNO, but I deal directly with WebSquad, not the FNO. That’s how it works.
Down again as well.
Is it my imagination or did it happen on the hour at 11am and now at 6pm? Sounds...scheduled.
Ta Ta Taaaaaaa!

Evening all, apologies for the late reply. We had a team at Teraco until late this evening, and a configuration change led to a short outage just after 18:05pm, services were fully restored by 18:11. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.Just died again :-/
We haven't had any network wide issues of late; this would more likely be localised or FNO. Have you logged with support, we are the ISP yes, but we don't monitor every line for issues. Do you have any MTRs or the like to see if there is any packet loss when you experience issues?Performance has just been erratic lately. Especially in the evenings. Howdy, welcome and glad you're finally online!Hi @websquadza
Is it normal behaviour for traffic to be routed to Johannesburg first? I got my fibre connection with WebSquad today (Thank you so much), and I'm noticing that my latency to Cape Town is quite high, and my latency to the Netherlands is even worse. I'm based in Hartenbos (Mossel bay).
Here’s a traceroute to atomic.co.za [172.67.146.126] ISP in Cape Town:
