Anyone else down? Bout 40 mins now

Websquad portal isnt allowing me to open a ticket on mobile. Its asking for a captcha but not presenting one.

Will check on the portal for you. We've been making some changes there.

There is an outage currently affecting northern Suburbs. No ETR yet
 
At least you’re not moving an Openserve business line from Telkom. They have cancelled the line but we have to wait 60 days before they release the line and in the mean time we have zero connectivity. Nothing. Nada. And seemingly no one can do anything about it.

That's crazy.

Mine is luckily just a calendar month, which is pretty much the norm. The only worry is that the cancellation will go through on 31 December and the next day is a public holiday, so I might be without fibre for a day.

My current ISP has a calendar month cancellation period. If I sign up with you today or tomorrow, will the deal "wait" for me until 1 January?

As long as the order is in tomorrow, our team will make sure it gets moved over smoothly. Just a reminder that Jan 1st is always a fun morning for provisioning, but we'll be on hand to make sure we get these across the line.

Update 21:04 - Service have restoring throughout Gauteng, seeing traffic across all affected VLANs
