Web sQuad ISP - Feedback Thread #2

Guys what is going on with a friend of mine's connection @websquadza the poor guy has been battling for a while on this and it's back and forth. Then it's the router then it's this then its that. Give the man a Mikrotik and troubleshoot he's getting rather tired.

Checking on this as well

Websquad can you hook me up with a new router please, this Tenda one is really not cutting it for 1gbit fibre connection.

Please reach out to the sales team and they will send you various options available. Unfortunately we only supply one free to use router. I see you PM'd me, I will get the team to reach out.

Feedback from mywebsquad portal.
"It appears you do not have any products/services with us yet. Place an order to get started."
I've been using their fibre for a month. Or not?
No feedback from via email.

websquadza - Please may I use it "gratis"

Drop me a pm with your details and I'll ask the team to check on this. Billing is loaded asynchronously, only once the vendor and our service delivery team confirms the service is up. Will investigate why yours isn't loaded yet.

Mine is the same - No active service and no invoice in my client area.

Even after a lady in accounts yesterday morning said she was adding my service while we were speaking and would send the invoice, it's still the same.

Ps. I don't mean to complain - I'm just worried that I might be disconnected at some stage for non-payment.

Seems to be an issue loading these with the appropriate promo codes, it won’t apply correctly - the team is working on it. There is no need to worry about accidental suspension. There should be a resolution in the next day or two.

Thank you. After posting earlier I thought she might have run into some kind of problem. I'll stop bugging them now. :)

So nobody knows what is going on. As a new customer I find this pathetic.
My choice will be to move to another ISP. Is that possible? Please inform me once you find my info.

We have identified the issue, as per my previous post, and a fix is in the works. Also responded on your PM.

This issue has been resolved and everything loaded by the accounts team. Thanks for your patience here

Thanks for everything - all sorted and paid.

Kudos to your staff. I kept bugging them about this and they were friendly, professional and helpful throughout.

Edit: I meant Kudos. Not Cudos.

Howdy websquad, long time no chat.

I see on the website these routers support cudy whole home mesh. Don't suppose you've played around with that?
Howdy! The team is still putting these through their paces, specifically with regards to the mesh and playing around with openwrt on them. I'll try find out more about their mesh capabilities. We also stock the Reyee boxes and their mesh has been great, at a fraction of the price of some of the more established players in the market.

Speaking of Reyee, we upgraded our offices to the AX 3200 Reyee APs (model number eludes me) last week- and been very impressed so far.

Any known issues on vumatel aerial in Florida?
Internet has become very disruptive.

Keeping my eye on ping plotter it seems to start from the first exchange
